Rapid Recovery Plans

This plan uses five incredible treatment protocols: Active Release Techniques, Nitric Oxide Release, Functional Movement Screen, Chiropractic Care, and Strength and Conditioning. This plan is six-to-eight weeks of treatment and is specifically designed for those patients seeking immediate correction and pain relief.

Why live with pain?

Pain is the primary motivation why patients come to the Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers, and relieving pain happens to be our specialty. We understand how pain limits your ability to perform regular everyday activities.  Pain makes it harder to work, play and enjoy life.  It robs you of precious time with your friends and family members.

Gain Rapid Recovery

True pain relief is an interwoven process with a clear plan of integrated treatments to deliver maximum results.  That is why we created the Rapid Recovery Plan.  It was specifically designed for those patients who are in obvious duress and need immediate help with pain relief. The proprietary processes and techniques we utilize are unique to Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers and are considered the Gold Standard by OSHA. Our soft tissue therapy, commonly known as Active Release Techniques (ART), is applied in conjunction with complimentary therapies.  It delivers rapid recovery from pain.

Functional Movement Screen

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS®) is a ranking and grading system that documents 7 full-body movement patterns that are critical to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS® readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of training and conditioning and distort body performance.  The FMS® generates an FMS® Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial exercises to restore movement patterns.

Nitric Oxide Release

To deal with stress, we use a secret weapon – Nitric Oxide Release (NOR). It removes the twist in the fascial system. Our exclusive NOR is a crucial part of our program. The series of well-coordinated stretches result in an increased release of nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide is a short-lived molecule with long-lasting physiological effects on the cardiovascular, immune, and nervous systems. It plays an important role in vasodilation, in the regulation of arterial blood pressure, and in reducing the tension on the fascia. The NOR lowers stress hormones like cortisol, which can be harmful. The NOR is eight Physician Assisted Stretches designed to untwist the fascia and loosen and relax the tissues in your body. The NOR stretches are performed safely by one of our well-trained physicians at the beginning of the treatments. Once you have been untwisted, you will immediately feel a change in your body. You will return to your regular daily activities feeling your best.

Active Release Techniques

Active Release Techniques (ART®) is a patented, state of the art, pain management, soft tissue movement based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART®. ART® treatment is a hands-on touch and case-management system that allows a practitioner to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries.  Soft tissue refers primarily to muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerves.

Chiropractic Care

Our chiropractors work with you to correct spinal misalignments—even seemingly minor ones—to remove interferences (misalignments = subluxations). This liberates pinched nerves so that your entire nervous system is free to operate in your best interests. First, our chiropractor will assess your medical history and give you a full examination to determine where these subluxations are located. Then, through gentle, precise chiropractic adjustments, we will guide your spine back into its healthy, natural posture.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning are treatment methods that help people restore, maintain and maximize their body’s function, motion and overall well-being by addressing the underlying physical issues.  These activities prevent injury and disability; manage acute and chronic conditions; improve and maintain optimal performance; and accelerates rehabilitation.

Performance Training

Performance training is training of the body and mind to prepare the athlete for the rigors of a specific sport. It differs from personal training in that the athlete is conditioned and prepared properly to compete in their sport of choice, rather than broader general fitness. Individual characteristics such as age, gender, and fitness level are combined with scientifically proven training methods and exercises to create a customized, sports specific workout plan that results in a more confident, motivated athlete. The focus is to enhance the athlete’s performance in competition by using the latest advancements in sports science and kinesiology to develop a sport specific strength and conditioning program that improves the athlete’s overall athleticism – one’s strength, agility, speed, power, coordination, and balance as it relates to the sport in which they compete.
